  The college has very effective administrative machinery. The Principal and his team of teaching and non-teaching staff work united for the easy and smooth disposal of administrative work. The teachers are included in all the decision-making-bodies such as Executive Committees, Academic Council, Finance Committee, Board of Studies, Planning and Evaluation Committee etc. The Executive Committee is the apex statutory body which forms various committees/ bodies for discharging academic as well as administrative activities of the autonomous college. The different committees draft the plans and place before the Executive Committee for approval.

  Executive Committee (E.C.)

  A person of eminence in Education as Chairperson; one University nominee, one Govt. Nominee; two Senior most faculty members as its members & Principal as the member-Secretary

  The apex statutory body for the management of the college; Approves the plans submitted by other committees

  Academic Council

  Principal-Chairman; All H.O.D.s -members; 4 faculty members to be nominated by E.C.; 4 outside experts from the fields of Commerce, Industry, Law, Medicine, Engineering as members; One member nominated by the Principal as Member Secretary

  Develops curriculum on the guidelines of UGC/AICTE; prescribes syllabus etc.

  Examination Committee (E.C.)

  Principal-Chairperson; Controller of Examinations-Secretary; Two External Experts; Three Senior Faculty members as members

  Takes decision on schedule of examination, Valuation and Publication of results

  Finance Committee

  Principal-Chairman; one to be nominated by EC as member; one to be nominated by the Principal as member

  An advisory body to the EC in all financial matters preparation of Budget. Admitted Accounts to be placed before the EC

  Research Committee

  Principal-Chairman; members to be nominated by the Principal

  Consideration of research proposals for recommendation to different agencies for availing grants.

  The aforementioned statutory committees look into different aspects of the college administration. The state Government is however vested with the overall management of the college. The non-statutory committees advise the Principal, as and when necessary, on specific issues. The management system of the college is transparent and participatory in nature.
